Made with motion in mind, these are the lightest, most contoured and trim-fitting shells we make. We use two technically astute fabrics to manage wet and wind from the outside and sweat from the inside. EncapSilotreated polyester repe ls ra in and wind on the shells' main exposure areas. The high-sweat areas of the underarms (shell) and back (vest) have superlight microfiber nylon panels for breathability and a quicker drying time. The panels' DWR (durable water repellent) finish adds insurance against the damp. The jacket is equipped with a storm-flapped full-length zipper, raglan-style shoulders that are seamless and less bulky, elastic cuffs and a drawcord hem. The zip pocket doubles as a built-in stuff sack. The vest has angled, offset seams for a smooth fit and less bulk on the sides and shoulders.
